We are currently looking for a Digital & E-commerce Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence in France and boost the visibility and performance of our iconic games & toys brands.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will optimize digital content, activate e-retail media campaigns and ensure best-in-class execution on Amazon and key retail partner platforms.
What You’ll Do
As the Digital & E-commerce Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a central role in shaping our online performance across the French market.
1) Make our digital content shine
Localize, adapt, and elevate A+/B+ content, brand stores, banners, and product pages for France.
Audit and enhance product copy, visuals, translations, and videos across retail partner platforms.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions through high-impact localized assets.
Ensure flawless implementation and brand consistency across Amazon.fr and retailer websites.
2) Drive high-performing e-retail media campaigns
Activate and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon (Search, Sponsored Ads, DSP).
Build detailed media plans aligned with brand priorities and sales objectives.
Monitor budgets, adjust bids, strengthen targeting, and drive conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Amazon, agencies, retailers) to push performance further.
Analyze insights, report results, and turn data into concrete growth actions.
3) Support digital media & cross-channel activations
Coordinate the digital media briefing process between Marketing Specialists and local agencies.
Help deploy and optimize campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, gaming platforms, and more.
Run test-and-learn initiatives to elevate the digital maturity of the brand.
Track and interpret results, providing insights to shape future strategies.
4) Connect teams & partners
Act as the key link between the French team and the central Ecommerce hub.
Contribute to the Jumbo Group LinkedIn content strategy and support updates to our website.
Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams to drive online visibility, traffic, and conversion.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with solid experience, strong ownership, and a passion for ecommerce performance.
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
A previous experience in an agency environment would be highly appreciated
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central - mandatory
Excellent understanding of the Amazon ecosystem (SEO, PDP optimization, Brand Store, BSR, AMS, PPC, Sponsored Ads, DSP)
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and confidence using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Fluent in French and English
What We Offer
Fixed salary between 45 K€ and 50 K€ (depending on experience)
