The Finance & HR Manager is responsible for daily accounting operations, statutory financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. This role also manages end-to-end human resources functions – incl. payroll, recruitment, HR data, and local labor compliance, as well as training, engagement, and change management at our Hong Kong offices.

Financial Management & Compliance

  • Perform daily accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable, cash flow management, bank reconciliation

  • Ensure accurate & timely preparation of monthly and annual legal and management accounts, strictly adhering to statutory requirements and Group Accounting policies

  • Ensure full compliance with internal control procedures and manage all aspects of statutory audits and local tax filings in collaboration with external auditors

  • Drive forecasting, budgeting processes, and comprehensive financial data analysis to deliver insightful management reports to facilitate business performance review

  • Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditures to improve overall financial performance

  • Support the implementation of new ERP

Human Resources & Office Administration

  • Manage end-to-end payroll & MPF administration

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, covering job postings, interview coordination, contract drafting, and on-boarding orientation.

  • Ensure timely maintenance of employee database and personnel records

  • Deliver comprehensive office administration support, including facilities and equipment management, procurement of office supplies, and insurance policy administration.

  • Perform ad hoc assignment as required

  • Contribute to organizational development, aligned with Group HR: Structure, roles, and capability-building.

  • Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and adoption.

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, collaboration, and employee well-being.

Job Requirements

· University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

· Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA) and audit experience preferred

· A minimum of 5 years of combined professional experience in Finance and Human Resources

· In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong taxation, financial compliance, and local labor laws and regulations

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Oracle experience preferred

· Experience in Toy industry is advantageous

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

· Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and reporting precision

· Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
