At Jumbo Group we want people to learn, have fun and be happy thanks to our amazing toys and games. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Group Ecommerce Logistics and Planning Lead to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true!

As the Logistics & Planning Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our EU marketplace business (Amazon Vendor, Seller, and other platforms). Your role is to keep the engine running: optimising stock, supply chain processes, procurement, and customer service operations so that our products are always available, orders flow seamlessly, and customers receive the best possible experience.

You will coordinate with local ecommerce specialists, supply chain teams, warehouses, and finance to maintain the right balance of availability, cost efficiency, and service quality. This is a hands-on role where you will design and enforce processes that ensure accuracy, speed, and reliability across all markets.

To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:

Stock & Supply Chain Management

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels across EU marketplaces to ensure product availability and avoid out-of-stocks or overstocking.

  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to align forecasts with marketplace demand.

  • Drive improvements in order fulfilment, purchase order fill rates, and on-time delivery.

  • Work with 3PLs, FBA, and warehouses to optimise logistics flows, packaging, and cost-to-serve.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Oversee marketplace customer service processes to ensure fast, professional responses and high satisfaction scores.

  • Act as escalation point for operational issues including delivery delays, damaged goods, or returns.

  • Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.

Operational Excellence & Process Control

  • Own operational data accuracy (stock, pricing, orders) across systems and platforms.

  • Implement efficient workflows for product onboarding, order management, and replenishment.

  • Define and track KPIs (PO fill rate, customer satisfaction, order accuracy, lead times) to measure and improve performance.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in supply chain and marketplace operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and brand teams to align supply, pricing, and promotional plans with marketplace execution.

  • Support new product launches with operational readiness (stock, packaging, labelling, compliance).

  • Liaise with finance and IT to ensure smooth reconciliation of marketplace transactions and settlements.

Leadership & Tools

  • Support and guide local customer services and ecommerce specialists on operational best practices.

  • Champion adoption of digital tools (ERP, WMS, OMS, reconciliation software) to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, and packaging requirements.

The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Logistics & Planning Lead, or similar role.

  • Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple requests and keeping track of timelines.

  • Excellent writing and oral expression in English. Other languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Operations as well as DTC operations.
