We are on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist ready to join our team of playmakers! You will be our champion in crafting and executing marketing and PR campaigns for UK & Ireland, ensuring our brand shines brightly across all channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager UK & Ireland and our media agency partners, you'll help design and roll out our annual plans.
To achieve this goal, your functions will include:
· Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels with a particular focus on digital to drive brand awareness and engagement with our key audiences.
· Support the overall marketing function to deliver best-in-class marketing plans and events, ensuring a 360-degree approach that aligns with business objectives.
· Create & execute content calendars and conduct monthly reports and bi-yearly growth analyses to track the performance of content across platforms.
· Create and manage social media content for our channels, while boosting external social channels. Delivering SEO/SEM management across campaigns to enhance online presence.
· Enhance brand awareness across the capabilities we offer, driving website traffic, and acquiring new customers.
· Implement marketing support plans (consumer & trade) to bolster our sales team, including the development of compelling retail and annual presentations.
· Collaborate closely with agency partners to ensure marketing plans and strategies are aligned with business goals, making necessary adjustments to plans as needed to optimise performance.
· Support the presentation process to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and insights to execute marketing strategies effectively and meet sales objectives.
· Monitor and report on the key performance metrics of ongoing marketing activities, providing feedback to the business and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
· Support the implementation of local POS materials, in-store activities, and collaborations with retailers and other brands/partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
· Develop and adhere to marketing processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across campaigns and touchpoints. Proactively create new processes or refine existing ones to drive operational efficiencies.
· Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies, using this knowledge to make data-driven decisions and incorporate innovative solutions into marketing strategies.
· Integrate marketing trends back into the business, sharing relevant insights and strategies with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous growth.
· Assist in the development and management of partnerships with licensing and distribution brands to drive brand growth and market expansion.
Knowledge and characteristics required:
· Degree educated, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field (this is ideal but not essential and will be based on experience).
· 3-5+ years previous experience working within a consumer goods business.
· Experience working within the digital marketing space.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert learnings into actions and recommendations.
· Creative thinker and solutions orientated outlook.
· Real team player with a collaborative approach.
· Highly organised and able to multi-task.
· Process driven mindset, with the ability to adapt and lead change where required.
· Ability to work as part of a team or under their own initiative.
· You enjoy teaming up with diverse colleagues across different countries and can travel for business meetings as required.
