At Jumbo Group we want people to learn, have fun and be happy thanks to our amazing toys and games. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Oracle Fusion Technical Specialist (ERP & SCM) to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true!
This role will strengthen our in-house capabilities, reduce dependency on external partners, and support ongoing improvements and future rollouts of Oracle Fusion.
To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:
Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests (corrective and enhancement-related).
Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data analysis, validations, and troubleshooting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
Design, support, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Collaborate on end-to-end integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
Participate in Oracle Fusion rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with implementation partners and review/validate technical deliverables.
Support testing activities (UAT), defect resolution, and post–go-live stabilization.
Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Provide support to key users and local teams across different countries.
The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, scripts, data analysis) and OTBI, BI Publisher.
Hands-on experience with:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Oracle Visual Builder
APEX
Oracle APIs (REST/SOAP)
Solid understanding of integration architectures and end-to-end business processes.
Experience working in international / multi-country environments.
Occasional travel availability
Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory.
